Eighty days, every non negotiable sealed before midnight, every feat proven inside the window. No shields, no grace.
Most who sign this do not finish it, and it is built that way. All twelve feats proven by Day 80 certifies you. Two or fewer left and the clock runs to Day 100. Read it, set your standards, then sign.

Every athlete who proves all twelve feats inside the 80 is certified and takes the next number on the roll. The number is theirs for good.
Permanent
Marks you keep. Badges you earn.
Days 7, 20, 30, 40, 60 and 80 are marks, each with its own graphic. Every challenge has its ladder of badges: iron, steel, bronze, silver and gold on the way to I AM ALTRA. All of it is permanent. A reset never takes one back.

The day, on your home screen.
Your day on the plate: the photograph of the day, the standard as squares that fill as you tick, your streak and your shields, and whether today is sealed. Three sizes. It turns over at midnight on its own, and a Live Activity counts the day down on the lock screen from the first tick to the seal.
Ice for the house. Sand for I AM ALTRA. When the day is sealed, the number turns.
Reminders
Rise. Hold the standard. Seal the day.
Three pushes at the times you set, each with its own line. Rise in the morning. Hold the standard at midday. Seal the day at night. A streak guard speaks only if the day is not sealed by nine. Nothing nags, nothing sells.

The words you live by.
Short sentences you want in front of you: who you are, what you are after. They join the quote of the day on the board, and land as reminders when you choose. One for everyone. Members keep twelve.

Become unrelenting.
ALTRA 80 is free, start to finish. Membership unlocks every other challenge and the standard after Day 80. Through Apple. The founding member mark is permanent for everyone who joins in 2026.
