By using ALTRA 80, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

ALTRA 80 is a personal discipline and habit-tracking tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

ALTRA 80 is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, ALTRA Pro, which unlocks the full app. Current plans:

• Monthly: $4.99 USD per month (approx. AU$7.99)
• Yearly: $39.99 USD per year (approx. AU$59.99)

Both plans begin with a 7-day free trial. Prices are shown in your local currency at purchase and may vary by region; any price change will be disclosed in advance. The following terms apply:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your device's App Store account settings after purchase.
• If you start a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.

3. No Medical Advice

ALTRA 80 is a motivational challenge tool and is not a medical, nutritional, or psychological service. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any new health or fitness regimen.

4. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the goals you set, the tasks you choose, and how you pursue the challenge. The 80 day structure is a framework. Your health and wellbeing always come first. Skip or modify tasks as your circumstances require.

5. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees about the outcomes of completing the ALTRA 80 challenge. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and personal circumstances. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Data & Privacy

All challenge data is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details. We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, app deletion, or clearing of app storage.

7. Intellectual Property

The ALTRA 80 name, logo, design, and app content are owned by ALTRA 80 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALTRA 80 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or injury from following challenge tasks.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
