By using ALTRA80, you agree to these terms. They are short and they are written to be read.

01 · Membership and billing

The flagship challenge, ALTRA 80, is free. ALTRA Membership is an auto renewable subscription that unlocks the other challenges and the standard after Day 80. Plans are USD 4.99 a month (about AUD 7.99) or USD 39.99 a year (about AUD 59.99); prices are shown in your local currency at purchase. A challenge started while a member stays available to its final day.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

02 · Use of the app

ALTRA80 is a personal discipline and habit tool. You may use it for personal, non commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

03 · No medical advice

ALTRA80 is a challenge, not a medical, nutritional or psychological service. Nothing in the app is medical advice. Speak to a qualified professional before starting any new health or fitness regime.

04 · Your responsibility

You are responsible for the goals you set, the tasks you choose and how you pursue them. The 80 day structure is a framework. Your health comes first. Skip or change tasks as your circumstances require.

05 · No guarantees

We make no guarantees about the outcome of any challenge. Results depend on effort, consistency and circumstance. The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

06 · Data and privacy

Your challenge is stored on your device. If you choose to join the Club’s crews or board, a small record (your first name, challenge, day and seal) is sent to our server as described in the Privacy Policy. We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, app deletion or clearing of app storage.

07 · Crews

Crew names and the name you show your crew must not be abusive, misleading or impersonate anyone. We may rename or remove a crew or a name that breaks this, and remove any account that misuses the feature. Crew codes are for people you know; sharing one publicly is at your own risk. Seals are self reported and the Board counts them as given.

08 · Intellectual property

The ALTRA80 name, marks, design and content are owned by ALTRA80 and protected by law. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

09 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALTRA80 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss or injury from following challenge tasks.

10 · Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes are posted is acceptance of the revised terms.
